STAR POWER HomeAgent is
the Internet's most exclusive real estate referral service. Unlike
many other referral services our members must meet a high standard of
production sales. That standard ensure that when you use a HomeAgent member
for your next referral you and your customer will enjoy service and
performance beyond your expectations.
Can
I use HomeAgent?
Yes. You do not have to be a member of our network to send an outgoing
referral. Agents, relocation companies and consumers are welcome to
use the services of our network. You may send as many referrals as you
like as often as you like! Is
there a fee for me to use HomeAgent?
No. HomeAgent does not charge a fee to anyone sending our
members an outgoing referral. The service is free to you to send out a
referral and you may do so as often as you like. However, if you'd
like to be on the receiving end of referrals, click

do I search for a member agent?
There are three ways to search for HomeAgent members. Use the
fast find form found at the top of this and every page to locate
members by name, city, state or zip. If you need to define more
specific search criteria click on the link to the left of this page to
use the Agent Locator Form. Finally, use the US/Canada map found at
our home page.
How do I send
my outgoing referral to a member agent?
To send your message to a specific member search for that
member and proceed to their "member profile." Once there,
click on the link that reads: "Send [agent's name] your referrals
and E-mail." From there use the "Referral Wizard/Personal
Edition" to compose your message.
Can I send
my outgoing referral to all members in an area?
Yes. From any page click on the
"Referral Wizard." The wizard will guide you through several
pages collecting data that then is transmitted to all members within
the metropolitan area you have chosen. You will hear back from those
members in the method of communication you have chosen.
What does
HomeAgent do with the information I send a
member?
All information you
submit via STAR POWER HomeAgent® is transmitted only to the member
you intend it for. Howard Brinton STAR POWER® Systems does not share
your information with 3rd party sources or sell it as part of a
mailing list. I'm
not a real estate agent. Can I still use
HomeAgent?
Yes! While HomeAgent is designed to
be used primarily by real estate professionals our members welcome
contacts from home sellers and buyers. In fact, you'll find that
HomeAgent is a great way to find your next agent whether you're
relocating across country or looking in your existing neighborhood.
