Preparing Your Membership Profile

Upon receipt of this document and your STAR POWERŪ HomeAgent™ membership purchase via our online commerce site at StarPowerSolutions.com we will do the following:
  1. Build your membership profile page at www.HomeAgent.com using the information you provided when you completed your online purchase.
  2. We will add your profile data to our HomeAgent database and generate your membership password.
  3. We will send you a confirmation E-mail with instructions on how you can submit your photo and complete your online profile data. At that time, we will also notify you of your password.

(Display of Name) Limit up to two agent names. If two agents, then one must meet membership qualification with the other agent reporting production under the name of the first agent. You may instead list a team name such as "The Jones Group." However, space is limited and we reserve the right to edit. (Company Name) This must be an actual company name, not a team name. (Office Address) Address including City and County must be the actual physical mailing address of your business location. (County) We will list the name of the county in which your business office resides. (Nearest Metro Area) We will list you under one metropolitan area name. We use a statistical list compiled by the US Census Bureau. (Web Site Address) STAR POWERŪ HomeAgent™ will provide a link to a member’s own Web site, which is defined as one that prominently features that member in the capacity of a residential real estate agent or broker/agent, and which that member sponsors and has content control over. Your home page must clearly feature the member by name and/or photo. We will not provide a link to your Web site if it includes any code that prevents us from displaying the STAR POWERŪ HomeAgent™ menu and your Web site in a Web browser frameset. Conclusion or discontinuance of membership: 1. Membership expires 12 months from the date your personal profile page is placed online. You will be invited to reapply and requalify for membership after 12 months. 2. If STAR POWERŪ HomeAgent™ receives documented proof that your actual annual production was less than $8 million during the twelve months immediately preceeding the date of this application and units sold was less than 50 during the twelve months immediately preceeding the date of this application. 3. If at the conclusion of your annual membership you elect not to renew your membership. 4. STAR POWERŪ HomeAgent™ reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time and for any reason. Your membership fee will be pro-rated and a refund issued for the time remaining rounded to the next month
